    I recd a robo call saying that my cable was now ok. It is not. Nothing except 4 HBO channels. Service has been out for 3 days.When will it be fixed??????

    There is a difference between functioning and fully functioning . Improper questions bring improper results . Start with the billing department Question : with my account ,what am I paying for ,which channels,how many ?????? Statement ::::I have say which channels you have . Ask them to schedule a service call and restore missing channels for the package you are paying for . Rember when dealing with these peckerwood cable companies only the door for incoming money is open and manned no matter what all the time .Thats the door you wish to enter even if it the wrong way.  Never accept a transfer always get a supervisor and write down their name They have lots of customers and more coming every day ,they dont care that you have a problem talking to you has tied up personel who could have sold new service  to ten other people with cash ready to go . Consider paying your account off ,turn it off and start over.
