Your man Jake is in the 'wide mouth' family and my man Mike is a soft water Cichlid... pretty much toast if some large brain power decides to put the two together in an tank. They do not come from the same part of the world and my little buddy is non-aggressive.
Yours eats like a vacuum cleaner.

If Mike wasn't so shifty-eyed they may have become friends. Jake gets nervous around the 'shifty-eyed'.
Perhaps a nice pair of Cichlid Sunglasses could have averted this tragedy.

I'm OK & so is PL.Fishy & Figtree are fine.Lindilou is luminous.Ducky Is just ducky.Romos & CB are in love but they'll be OK when they remember which way is up.Let's see,who have I missed.Oh....Colleen is cool,Phyllis is Phantastic,both Julies are just dandy but hector's a bit hectic at the moment because of all the comments from Don who is doin' alright with his souped up truck & all.Ben is yippy by the way.So how are you?
