cookies automatically build up in your computer by you browsing around and looking at different web sites.......like I do . And clicking on and bringing up something you see on a website that you caught onto from a previous web site. The problem is.........NOT how to allow them, but HOW to get rid of them. Because advertisers look at your cookies to tell where you've been. Then, they send you a lot of advertizing based on what you like---- thru your computer, or phone calls, and paper ads that come in the U.S. Mail.
