You have a couple of options. One is by contacting admissions and records for the school from which you want the transcripts and requesting them. Another option is by going to the school's website (if it has one) and requesting them online.
OFFICIAL transcripts are going to cost you more than UNofficial ones. Make sure you get the kind that you need! Official ones are supposed to be left unopened in the envelope (I don't know why; maybe someone thinks we're gonna get spaghetti sauce on them or something).
If you live close enough to the school you want the transcripts from, just go there and request them in person.
