Get a thumb drive and remove all your stuff from the computer and save it . Be real 10 years in computer time is going back to the stone age . Time for a new one with the latest and greatest. Try linux as a O/S its free and has so many bells and whistles you cant count them . Then put the money you saved buying windows stuff into a better computer should be several $100 ahead at this point Go to www.computeing.net  great place for computer help all computers all the time FREE as well
