You will have to speak on your own behalf,and hope the judge sees it your way.

I ask myself why some one who has had the snot beat out of them would accuse the wrong person in the emergency room. Perhaps they hired someone to give them a beating so they could accuse you. This is a seriously disturbed person and very smart as well.If they would do this just to set you up then my advice is get far away because the next step is to have you violate the order then its jail time with a whole host of other tricks possible . One more paid beating and you as the accused its handcuff time for you .I would always have a alibi and a witness proving my where abouts .Maybe you have a alibi for the time of the first butt kicking that will help . You should buy a hour of lawyer time and have them draft a letter to the judge stating the facts have it recorded and delivered. This is sick and twisted but it appears to be very effective,you have generated a lot of hate in someone. My advice is get clear of this fast !!!!!!!!!! If you did earn this shame on you !!!!!!
