      It refers to when a person has extreme mood changes. A person can go from very high energy to extreme depression.  Mood swing can be mild or extreme, depending on a person.  Bi polar is believed to be hereditary and could be controlled with medication.

            thank you, whovin. we have been getting a lot of questions that we really don't need to have.
            non of us can answer a serious medical question.
            all we can say is "call your doctor" or dr. google, or wikiwiki ...
