          DEATH TOLL NOW  9 MANHATTEN IS UNDER 2INCHES OF WATE, IRENE IS EXPECTED TO HIT THE CITY SQUARE FULL ON AND 10 FOOT SEA SERGE IS EXPECTED.  GOOD LUCK.    3.37AM NEW YORK TIME
