Check your calendar mcm. It has not yet hit midnight anywhere in the United States so the date is still 11/8/2013 or 8/11/2013. However, it's past midnight here in the UK so it's officially 9/11/2013 or 11/9/2013. Do you understand that it's officially the 9th here in the UK while it's still the 8th in the USA?
How is one to know whether the numeric day is listed first or the numeric month. It is November 8, 2013 HERE in California, which (for me) is 11/8/13. But some will note it as 8/11/13. HELP ME!
I had know idea the people in the UK write beginning with the day then the month Bob. Some of the people here think my birthday is in January instead of July.
Oh for sure! I've walked out in front of a couple of cars because I keep looking the wrong way thinking it's clear to cross the street. YIKES! I'm learning.
