    How do I substitute 2 cups of brown sugar for honey in a glazed ham recipe?

    mix the brown sugar and honey and just rub that on the ham so it would create a sweet smoky flavor

    Honey has a different flavor than Brown Sugar however just leave the Brown sugar out and add honey to taste. Brown Sugar sticks so why not mix them or rub the ham with honey and sprinkle with Brown sugar.

    Thanks! I'm cooking an Easter ham and forgot I was almost out of brown sugar (We live out in the country and can't just run into town).
