Contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency.  You can file a complaint online www.ftccomplaint.gov/

Check with a lawyer to see where you stand.  I am not a lawyer but as I see it I woould call corporate and talk to somebody and if they do not help just let them know you will be making contact with a lawyer.

Time for guerrilla war fare take the TV and sit outside the store and tell every one who shops there your story . Call the news media and have the police come . Get the managers name and the persons name who said no to a refund. Make it clear there will be no settlement unless those persons are fired!!!!!!!!!!!   They hate bad publicity so give them a bunch !!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you payed with a credit card some of them have protections so stop payment on the card.Make a police report at the store get all things in writing. Declare war on these shits !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
