What's an old time old school moped?? Like a Sears alstate?? I would guess look on ebay, craig's list, look for a moped forum or a junk yard specializing in motorcycle parts.
Why would anyone want one of those?? Too slow for the streets, too fast for the sidewalk and sounds like an angry bee.
