I sip a glass of lukewarm water early in the morning.  After a long night sleep bodies need hydration.  Drinking coffee dehydrates the body.  But drinking water before coffee or sode helps replenish our system.

 I know it should be water as its the best for you but I do drink a litre of water at night but I need my COFFEE ! in the mornig !
