Weather certainly has some control over our natural resources.
As Benthere said, our government and Parks and Recreation services have a lot of input.
Lumber companies, commercial fisherman, hunters are also responsible.
YOU and ME, as our efforts to use recyclables and conserve in every area possible, along with treading gently on the earth (take only pictures, leave only footprints)
