If you scan through the failure message, it will tell you why the mail was not delivered.
It could be the e-mail address you sent it to is not correct. If you know for a fact the e-mail address you sent to is correct then it means the photo is too large for the address you sent to. Re-size the photo so it's smaller.

.Attachments are limited by size both the sender and the reciver must be able to recive and send that size file. Try the mail without the picture. Its always good to have more than one email for times like these . www.gmxmail.com is good as well as www.email.com Try sending from one of these
