To create an email account go to the service you want, say Gmail. The Gmail homepage will have a log in window that will prompt you to Sign up for an account. The username you'll select will be your email address (yournamehere@gmail.com), and you'll also need to pick a password. Once you've completed the sign up states > you have a new email account!
