If you are looking for an easy way to make money that is the wrong way to go about it. To earn money you have to work hard not take it easy. Money does not come easy.
You could offer to cut lawns for some of your neighbours, shovel snow in the winter, or get a paper route.
Good luck and work hard in the end you will be glad you did.

I used to deliver papers - bluesman and Rengard has some good ideas but you are a little young to baby sit. Help at stables or on a farm. Run errands for your neighbours if they run out of milk, bread especially in the bad weather.

I would think about catering to older people with big yard. Often times it becomes overwhelming to them, hence, someone like you could come in handy. Another thing is to become an errand boy for these retirees. Better still, they have friends that you can also help
Also, I used to shovel snow in college. Nobody wanted to do it. I made all the money.

13 years old is way too young an age to be thinking of EASY ways to make money. It's not like you've had it HARD all these years.
Get off your lazy little butt and quit looking for shortcuts. Life is full of detours and wrong turns. Only after you'll have made them will you have earned the right to look for EASIER ways. Until then, get to it and hustle.
You can dismiss this sage advice as adult B.S. OR you can accept it in the positive spirit that it is intended.
