The odds of having two sets of twins are 1 in 700,000.

There was a woman on the news a while ago who was told she had a 20% chance of having twins. Instead, she had FIVE babies!  Surprise!

That's exactly what happened to my cousin's son  and his wife. First, they had a little boy. Then they had a set of identical twin girls. Then , they had another set of identical twin girls !  It was all natural . They didn't use any fertility drugs. All the kids are doing well. The older girls and the boy  are in college, and the younger set of twins are seniors in H.S.  We used to have them come down and stay with us for a weekend. The mother said no one wanted them but us, b/c no one wanted 5 kids under the age of  5 staying with them  . Even after my husb died, I had the family come down and I entertained them.
