The same way you set a homepage.
How to set a homepage is different for each browser. Here is a list of the most popular browsers with instructions on how to set the homepage for each one: http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-change-your-homepage-in-5-browsers/
(just erase out the old homepage before adding the new homepage).
