I would suggest quit trying to get yourself deeper in debt and get a gas card and start building your  credit.  gas cards are pretty easy to get but they will have high interest.  if you don't drive, then you're screwed. You could go for a pre-paid credit card, meaning you pay like 500 and keep it at 500 by continuing to make payments as  you use it.  Amazes me that you know you have bad credit and you're still looking for more loans.   

A few ways: Offer something as collateral, borrow from friends/relatives.

Don't go to a loan shark. They're not nice people. They don't take no for an answer. And they don't take excuses. Sell or pawn the objects that got you in debt.
