It certainly sounds as though everything about the search was illegal and should be thrown out of court (although you might want to consider adopting a lifestyle that won't need to be interrupted by an illegal search).  Suggest you contact a legal aid organization. Be very specific with the facts and chain of events.  Good luck!

Get every last thing on paper in writeing . Make them hang themselves . Request a police aid come out and make a written complaint its called a Police report this is  important . Then go in person to internal affairs and file a report in writeing get copies of every thing . There is a police oversite board or something of that nature  make a complaint there . As to the things found  only alawyer can say if they can be used in legal procedings . Once you put a stick in the police bee hive my advice is to either find another place to live  now !!!!!!!!! Or have a above reproach witness in your back pocket 24/7 because you will most surely be getting some attention as the police circle their wagons .If you have skeletons in your closet  you know what I mean ,walk away !!!!!!!!! They will dig deep and if you arent squeaky clean you will find your self in the system. The only good part of this is you escaped their famous TUNE UP !!!!!!!!  Thats the best advice I have !!!!! Do not surrender your copy of the search warrent to any one no matter what !!!
