I went to the contact site  for Sams and found this number 888 746 7726 they say you must press zero non stop as many as 15 times to ger a real person. Then I read some of the customer feed backs while I was there. It was a nightmare many people angry some long time customers. Very bad things too some assults some paid accounts just closed for no reason .Any business can have problems ,but in my opinion the problems at Sams run deep and are on going.I would walk away and find what I wanted in another place that wanted my business.
