I paid for my membership less than 6 months ago; yet when I try to log-in, you tell me that you don't recognize my account username and/or password. These are the exact same username and password that I have always used, and usually you recognize these account facts w/o my even log-ins. I've tried logging in repeatedly. Please tell me WHY?

These companies will always talk to you when they think you have money in hand . Act like you are paying a bill and find that door .If you can email a copy of your payment . If this company was sold or taken over they sometimes dump all the old accounts and make it impossible to contact them .
