They should have sent you a hello letter maybe its in the mail you cant get to.You have to start somewhere so get another email ,you should have a default mail any way . Do a google search with question : Contact Century Link customer service / solution quest customers status after century link . Those two questions should get results. I just did that and it looks like they may not be up and running yet. You should use my questions and go take a look . Good luck Bill
