I need ideas to decorate a pair of red high heels
This is for a contest and we have to do a pair of real high heels and a hat. I was thinking stones and feathers but I need ideas. The shoes are red stacked and the hat is a small pillbox. Also thinking red & black. Want it to look like a Friday Night Special.
