    and why can't you post a description of the muggers it surely would help in capturing them.Are we supposed to guess as too what race they are?

      There is much injustice in the world and while you appear to have a good heart this might be the wrong forum for your needs . This in my opinion is a collection of every day folks of all ages and locations shareing what knowledge they have .Some very young and others not so much . A complete sentence is very rare and the use of spell check is something we only dream others would do. We keep hoping !!!!!!! Solving crimes is not whats done here ,sorry
