I dont know what mail you have so this is just a guess. There should be: options , or manage account,or settings ;maybe even a customize your account. Point is thats control central you have to get there and turn the protection off. There are several computer only sites that answer these questions try : computer hope .com I did a search on Google and asked :Computer questions and answers found a lot of stuff there . It might help
