I dont live there so here is what I did for you . Typed : "Low Income Houseing Options In PA" and did a google search . Lots of stuff came up ,looked at a few ,seems you will have to spend 30 percent of your income on sec 8 houseing ,not a good place . You have to qualify and there will most likely be a waiting list. This is sad to go from home owner to gov houseing . I have no clue if this will help but its a place to start . So do what I did and get busy . Sorry about your house ,my life sucks plenty as well.
