In business two doors are always open the one you use to buy something and the one used to pay . The one to complain is a dead end ,if you arent spending money they could care less . I hate never ending go nowhere phone loops .Never play fair with these people so pretend you wish to buy something and get a live person on the phone get a name write it down . Then get busy fixing your problem .Get the name of the big cheese and focus your attention on them . These guys really hate to be bothered by customers so you will really stir things up if you get on their radar. The old expression is shit rolls down hill.will become evident here .
