I truly feel I have been lied to,misled and strung along by Wells Fargo.I filed a complaint 2-11 and keep receiving word from Wells Fargo that it is still being investigated My lawyer hasn't been able to make much headway. My x-husband had the house $7000 in devalt and forclouser about ready to occur. I offered $4000 and an opportunity to work with Wells fargo they wouldnt except my money. First said I didnt make enough money so I rented out part of my home Then they said I had to much dept so I filed bankruspy They still have not helped me or made any suggestions on how I can save my home To this date my mortgage is still going unpaid and the amount keeps getting higher. I informed labor and licensing and was told they do not regulate what mortage companies can do. Is seems no one does. HELP ME PLEASE

First you have a lawyer that should be the source of your advice. Second if you filed Bankruptcy every one must back off and effectively go to their corners stop fighting and act nice for 120 days . The special Marshall has a meeting of creditors and you discuss a plan to resolve this .The bank thinks you don't have enough money to discharge the note which makes you not relevant. If they dont end this now then in six months its the same thing and they pay council again . You are not without rights ,but you are going to have to get real smart real fast .You may be able to do interest only payments ,they don't have to take partial payments . Seems you said there was 4,000 cash in the game so you aren't powerless better find away to roll that money over and show a profit quick . Ask more if you like Ill follow this
