I have tried to quit smoking so many times that I have lost count. Recently, I begged God for help, but I went back to smoking after only two days. I consider myself lost. I don't want to be without God but I can see no future for me: with Him or in heaven. If there is anything, any message you can give me that would help, I beg you for those words. Otherwise my life is hopeless james

In developing your addiction, you choose to see smoking in many different ways. Write a list of all of your opinions about smoking and write the word stop after every item as soon as you write it. This could take a several days to compile your list and you write another reason you liked cigs every time you think of something and write STOP after every item. As you continue with this process you will notice your interest in smoking flares up and then dies down as you write your list. The process is brain washing and since you are responsible for all that you have done to your brain, you will find this process refreshing and freeing. I enjoyed this process myself that I choose to continue with other house cleaning chores within as well and I am happy I did.
