If you mean transsexuals, yes they are for real. They do not identify with the sex body they were born in. This is more deep set than a mind thing. It is something they feel to the very core of their being. It's hard for people with closed or shallow minds to understand but it doesn't matter because their existences does not affect the life of the one who can not understand or chooses not to understand.
