Actually the proper way to dispose of an America flag is to 1 take it to an American legion. If you do not have one close than Yes you should burn it, BUT It should be done properly . Don't just throw it in a burn pile.. The fire should be started just for that cause, and nothing else burned. If you are a veteran {or not} stand back and salute the flag while on its way out .

whatever you do don't burn it unless your an illeagle imigrant!

As everyone has said Pattiy duke why would you want to do this !!! you must relize that there are  people who have fought for that flag so you can live in world with out comunisim and you have freedom you really must get agrip or do some history lessons
