Nothing I know of.been a painter for 40 years & never heard of anything.If it's acrylic you can put a coat of clear over it.

The only suggestion I can make is to use a car enamel as it does not "yellow". Acrylic is available in gloss white but it is not as high a gloss as automotive paint. What ever you do don`t use white oil based as it will "yellow" in 12 months and be a creamy shade. One thing to keep in mind is gloss shows any imperfections in the wall suface whilst a flat or low sheen disguises these blemishes. I would rethink gloss white on walls but it is your house.

The Bumbling Handyman wanted to know what to add to paint to make it glossy. Obviously there is glossy latex paint sold in paint stores, so what does the manufacturer add? How about gloss is added? ? ?
