      DONT it is so bad for you have spray tan its the quickist and there is no harm to your health

        Not a good idea.  Tanning booth causes skin cancer.


        Prolonged exposure to sun isn't good either...with all the UVAs and UVBs, it damages your skin, causing melasma and wrinkles.


        My dermatologist thinks it's a sin to sit under the sun. He's the guy sitting under the shade wearing his SPF 100+, hat, sunglasses and his umbrella.


        Try self tanning lotions, it gives you temporary color without all those harmful rays.
