Mmouse is right, but if not stopped can cause big problems down the road like rot and mold.
Could be just a clogged up gutter.

Yes agree - check that your guttering or downpipes are not blocked.

Sounds like it may be a roof problem. Also, there may be a stopped up gutter that is causing water to go under the roof and down the wall.
I understand the lack of money, you are not by yourself in this situation.
You may want to call a local church and see if they have someone they know that could help you with your problem
The first thing is to find out where the water is coming from.
