Figure out the expected serving size after cooking then take what ever that is and multiply times the 150 people . Depending on the dish you can add fillers such as vegatables ,pasta sauce,any number of things . Getting this all done and hot at the same time will take plenty of planning . The first meat cant wait for the last meat .Never hurts to make more . Call a caterer and simply ask what ever your meat dish is how many lbs for 150 people maybe they can do it cheaper save you a head ache . I am a good cook ,Ill help if I can come . Bill
