    How can i get my money back when i was charge overtime wqhen the driver was late picking up the people?

     Not likely. This is most often a door to door service . Small print will give the company numerous outs due to traffic and unforseen  things . The driver was engaged with serviceing you and not available to others .So what ever it takes as long as it takes you pay . Sucks but thats what they do!!! The only control you may have is the gratuity unless thats fixed in the contract. This is what they do and they are rarely vulnerable to money loss even if the service is bad. They will also have a dispute resolution in the contract for sure,if you signed it then sadly you agreed and thats binding. Unless the contract is flawed.  Good Luck
