Wake up look out to see the morning go in the bathroom shower and make bed hoover then go down stairs while hubby is making coffee and look out to the garden and thank god for everything and say a little preyer for my family and friends this also includes you guys look at emails and then my hubby and my self collect the dogs and jump in the truck and then go for a long walk and thats all before 10am

Keep trying Jenn. It took me 4 years of chewing that horrible gum. Quitting smoking is very difficult. Don't beat yourself up.

fish girl, I've been chewing that "horrible gum" for about 20 years. I can't get free of Nicotine. For awhile I smoked and chewed the gum. I stay health but it's so dam expensive.
