Before i do anything I put my Flipper in. I worry that my teeth have shifted during the night and I will have wasted $500.00. I just can't thay how thad I am about that sstupid flipper. I lisssp.

I wake , and get up,  loo,  collect paper, which was delivered, Coffee, cigarette, then check, Death Column, make sure Im not listed. ! Then another cup of coffee and cigarette, feel relaxed. Im still alive. Shower, etc,  and get on with my day.

Crawl out of bed, wake my son, p, coffee, shower, feed animals, go to work. Drink more coffee. get to work, drink more coffee. What? Hey, I'm 1/2 French! What did you expect? COFFEE!

depends on what shift Im on, however almost always a cigarette while I wait for the kettle to boil for my coffee, dress, clean teeth etc, grab another coffee to drink on my way to work (an hours drive, so plenty of time to finish it)
