did you know that hospitals etc. will train you to draw blood. no need to go to school for that one.

More places are requiring for the Phlebotomist to be certified because of all the mistakes being made. I think one of these days sooner than later, all phlebotomist will have to be certified.

However, the occupation was included in their salary report for medical and clinical laboratory technicians. In May 2009, medical and clinical laboratory technicians had a mean hourly wage of $18.20 and a mean annual wage of $37,860 (https://www.bls.gov). Medical and clinical laboratory technicians who were in the top 10% of earning potential earned $26.55 or more a hour and $55,210 or more a year.
