I`m old school on this one!...When I was growing up..we all sat together at breakfast and Sunday Lunch!..Sadly it seems much harder to do these days as everyone has hectic lifestyles...jobs,activities,friends..shops open on Sundays...(Which they weren`t back then...It was a family day...Usually Church and Sunday lunch and just mainly family get togethers then...We didn`t even consider it right to phone other people back then..as it was seen as disturbing their Sunday!!;-)...(O.K.fast forward a hundred years or so..and now Sunday is like any other hectic day)!...We still try and get as many of us who are around round the table for Sunday lunch...I think it`s still important to have quality family time..but I know it is seen as a dying trend!...O.K...I`m just old fashioned!:-(

You`ve had a Triple bypass and you are still having problems and pain..So you must see your Doctor again A.S.A.P...Don`t wait!....I don`t understand why you are not getting follow up appts. from your Cardiac Consultant...You must get help..if you don`t get a ref.from your G.P...(I`d want to know why not)?..sounds strange to me!...If you aren`t getting anywhere then call your Consultant directly and get an appt....Or go to E/R!....No one likes hospitals..but you need to get the best and fastest care!...Good Luck!

Never give up!..Besides..you`ve got your whole life ahead of you!...Work hard..and it will pay off in time!...Don`t be afraid to ask your teachers for extra help...or to admit that you don`t understand some of the work you`ve been set!...It`s the people who don`t ask for the help that don`t always do well with their grades...Be positive..You sound like you are on the right track by admitting that you`re struggling a bit!..That`s brave in itself...get extra help...If you really put your mind to wanting to up your grades,and confidence..I`m sure you will!..Good Luck!
