I would type ' [cleanup] in the [start] - [search programs] choose C drive.

After this is completed, type Defragment in the same search field under (start)

Install a good A/V (Anti virus) application  I use AVG, it's free and does a great job.

(with someone that knows computers, you need to also go to (msconfig) and shut down applications you are not using.   Do this with someone that knows the good from the bad, do not attempt this yourself.   This will speed you up 50+% if done right by someone that knows how.

A few ways but the easiest is 'file--print--make sure your printer in in the 'printer selection' at the top of the popup. then select print.   This of course is assuming you are on the program document you want to print.   (PC)
