Yep, bleach kills mold. Dilute it and don't do it too often because bleach is drying and if you over do it , it may cause the rubber to crack.

Mine are younger, but the way I look at it, I am helping them build their wings. They are building their skills, building their self-confidence, building their moral values. I don't think it should be a sudden cut, but more of a building of strength until they are ready to go out in the world and try to kick some butt. That age is different for different people, but somewhere between 16-25 they should feel like they are ready. If kids are older than that and just seem lazy,(or failure to launch) it is probably time to give them a hard push. Life at home is too easy, maybe you are doing to much for them.

Nope. I have found you do not have to boil them first and it actually makes for a firmer lasagna. Just be sure to cover them completely with sauce as you layer. They will absorb the liquid from the sauce and soften and cook while you are baking the lasagne. But again make sure all the edges are covered with sufficient sauce!

I have hitchhiked and I have picked up hitch hikers. Now that I am a mom I don't pick up hitch hikers any more. And I feel like I am lucky I didn't end up dead in a ditch somewhere hitchhiking around as a teenager. That said, nothing bad ever happened to me hitchhiking or picking up hitchhikers, but the world has gotten to be such a crazy place, I think it is a unnecessary risk. On a side note, I've heard in Alaska it is illegal not to pick up a hitchhiker because they could freeze to death. I don't know if this is true.
