It is up to them.  I was given the chance to go back under new owners but it is their choice, I think.

But you can always reapply with the new company owners.  Nothing against that.

Get a kitty litter pan and put some soil in it and sit her in it when you come inside.  But be patient, don't make her nervous, it will just delay the process.

It is ground rock and is a natural absorbant to odors.  It just works.

I checked this out too when I was sick a few years ago.  It takes a complete diet change.  Look up a diet for the condition.  You might need to see a specialist on the subject of nutriion.  It can be helped.  Mine unfortunately was "cured" with hysterectomy.  But the mood swings can be a bunch of crap!  I use progestrone cream to help those.
