Recently i had exploratory surgery and found out that i have Endometriosis,

I have a sever case of it, the Doctor got out as much as possible and now she wants me to go on Birth Control to help with the rest of the pain. I do not want to go on Birth Control, i was wondering if anyone knows of anything more natural to help with the pain?

I checked this out too when I was sick a few years ago.  It takes a complete diet change.  Look up a diet for the condition.  You might need to see a specialist on the subject of nutriion.  It can be helped.  Mine unfortunately was "cured" with hysterectomy.  But the mood swings can be a bunch of crap!  I use progestrone cream to help those.

Doctors normally prescribe danazol I dont know if that's the same prescribtion that was recommended to you, danazol control the blood flow and pain, and also help keep the abnormal tissue from spreading, I think since your surgery is quite recent, you should take as much measures as possible, there is nothing wrong with natural remedies I will recommend dong quai, raspberry and siberian ginseng this help  tremendously, make it part of your daily program.
