It's probably because your computer cant recognize your mp3 player when you connect it to the computer. try doing the following: 1. connect your mp3 to the computer. 2. right click with your mouse on "My computer", then go to "manage" then go to "disc management", then try to find a disc that says "removable", right click on it and go to the "change drive letter". just change the letter to something diffrent, and your computer will recognize your mp3. change letters untill you succeed.

For some reason, something freezing your computer. you might want to check the CPU temperature first. Sometimes the CPU gets too hot and freezing the computer or even shutting it down. You can first try to load your windows in safe mode, and then see if it freezes. if not, then check your CPU temperature using a bios utility (its usually installed in new computers from the last 5 years), and other devices like your 3D adapter and so on. If everything is okay you can try installing your windows with the windows cd before loading your current windows. just restart your computer and insert the windows cd. if it doesn't work you can try loading a "system disk" first and then inserting the windows cd.
