I think he did the best job he could have at that time under the circumstances.I cannot begin to imagine the stresses he had to endure at the time.

Hahahaha! Someone should have told that man he is no actor! His reaction or lack there of told everyone, at least the the aware people that he was not surprised at what was happening.
A quick I'm sorry kids but something important has come up and as the president of the United States, I must go take care of it. I'll come back another day to read you a story. He lied and said he was gonna go after the people that did this, then he dropped bombs on Iraq and laid waste to that country and killed millions of innocent Iraqis.........not to mention U.S. soldiers. Iraq had nothing to do with the attack on the U.S. Most of the terrorists were from Saudi.

By the time he finished reading the story and chatting and shaking hands and playing with the kiddies, that order was issued too late. Good thing there were only 3 hijacked planes that day, 'eh? Good thing it wasn't another Pearl Harbor! Ugh. Stop excusing STUPIDITY!
