the police came into my house and made meleave while they searched it. they didnt have a warrent at the time. i did not give them permission. then when i got the warrent after i went back to my house on my own hours later ans they were still there they gave me my search warrent which had the wrong address. should anything they found be thrown out of evidence? ans was that a illigal search?
