Pay for it yourself, and put a caviet on his property, that bill will then become payable before he can sell. Or if it a matter of the money now, you have to pursue it through the courts as an unpaid debt.
Find a Nissan garage, then pay the man a big handfull of cash....or buy a workshop manual. If you have got ask that sort of question don't even try to do it yourself
